Our teams are sensitive to the specific requirements of working in office buildings. We work with building owners and landlords to make sure that disruption is kept to a minimum for other occupants.

We work with clients on the design brief and the programme for delivery, including technical plans, carrying out building assessments, project management, material delivery; providing guidance on costs, and materials management. We will take full responsibility for a turnkey fit-out and refurbishment project, whether Cat A, CAT A+ or Cat B.

Health and Safety is paramount
Pexhurst has an excellent Health and Safety track record. We employ external Health and Safety consultants for regular site visits and provide reporting on relevant issues in real time.
We meet regularly with our supply chain partners to review best practice and project efficiencies. We are committed to the well-being and continual development of our people and supply chain.
All office refurbishment and fit-out projects that we deliver comply with government requirements, including fire alarms and extinguishers, safe electrical set-ups, health and hygiene, and the works are compliant with CDM and HSE.
Delivering sustainable projects
We recognise our responsibility to act alongside clients and suppliers to drive sustainability. We have appointed Site Sustainability Managers whose role it is to to support the achievement of sustainable design aspirations of projects at construction, handover and close out stages.
We are working with clients to improve their energy and sustainability credentials and work towards very good and excellent BREEAM ratings as well as net zero carbon targets. This includes using energy efficient measures, reusing building materials and recycling as much as possible, so that there is little waste.
