Pexhurst is a market leader in the refurbishment and fit-out of warehouse and logistics properties across the South of England, and counts some of the country’s leading investment fund companies and commercial property developers as clients.
Over the past 45 years, we have delivered thousands of high quality fit-out and refurbishment projects, from small warehouse conversions of a few hundred square feet to multiple units across an estate. From a project value of £250,000 to £10m, no project is too small or too large for us due to our fiscally sound foundations.
We carry out work across the South of England, including areas as far north as the Midlands, as far west as Bristol, as far east as Ipswich, and as far south as Portsmouth.
Our team of experts understands that time is of the essence when it comes to delivering the refurbishment and fit-out of warehouse and logistics spaces. We recognise our responsibility to act alongside clients and suppliers to drive sustainability. We have qualified Site Sustainability Managers whose role it is to support the achievement of sustainable design aspirations of projects at construction, handover and close out stages.
We are working with clients to improve their energy and sustainability credentials and work towards very good and excellent BREEAM ratings as well as net zero carbon targets. This includes using energy efficient measures, reusing building materials and recycling as much as possible, so that there is little waste.
Our reliable and trusted supply chain means we are able to obtain a vast range of materials to ensure projects are delivered to plan, on time and to budget.
Investing in innovation and digital solutions is important to us. We have invested in a range of solutions over recent years which are not only helping clients to overcome challenges posed by the Coronavirus pandemic, but are also increasing speed and efficiency across all aspects of their property projects.
One example is our weekly Site Manager walk-round videos on all of our live sites, ensuring clients and consultants are kept in the loop at all times with the progress of the job.
The demand for quality warehouse space
Demand for warehouse and logistics space has never been greater due to the impacts of the pandemic and the increase in e-commerce sales. Investors are looking to longer-term investment strategies and this sector remains attractive to them with stable rents and yields.
We’re working with a range of clients to fit-out new warehouse space in town and city centres as well as along critical road and rail links. More supply is required in the marketplace to meet the demand for quality warehouse and logistics space.
