Established in 1977, Pexhurst has grown from delivering simple office fit outs, to large refurbishments of commercial and industrial properties. With a portfolio of award-winning work throughout London and the wider home counties, we are a business focused on delivering for our clients by providing innovative and sustainable on-site solutions.

Our strong working relationships with project managers, building surveyors and end-user clients ensures that we not only meet, but exceed client expectations. Aided by the fact that the majority of our staff have been with us for over 10 years, we provide clients with the assurance that we are both technically experienced and financially secure.

Quality is at the heart of everything that we do and is underpinned by our ISO Integrated Management System. This contributing to our 100% recommendation rating from our loyal customers, and the continued success of Pexhurst.


ENVIRONMENT and sustainability



Health and Safety

Pexhurst has an excellent Health and Safety track record. We employ external Health and Safety consultants for regular site visits and provide reporting on relevant issues in real time.

We meet regularly with our supply chain partners to review best practice and project efficiencies. We are committed to the well-being and continual development of our people and supply chain. Our success is a result of our ‘One Team, One Dream’ ethos.

Environment and Sustainability

Pexhurst are fully aware of the impact the construction industry is having on the environment. Our training development programme ensures our staff are environmentally aware at all times and understand the affect that our sites have on the wider community.

We participate regularly in the Considerate Constructors Scheme, which has awarded us the Performance Beyond Compliance Award for a number of our projects.

We often partner with leading BREEAM assessors and work together where projects dictate or require more enhanced sustainability requirements.


We recognise and understand the significance of the local community within which we operate and the social, environmental and economic impacts. Every employee is encouraged to get involved with chosen charity work or volunteer in the local community.

In 2019 we donated and fundraised in excess of £7,500 to a number of charities. The main charities we support are the Teenage Cancer Trust, Isabel Hospice, Land Aid and Potential Kids.

Staff Development

We support and work with ‘Mates in Mind’, a UK charity which is focused on the Construction sector and aims to promote positive mental wellbeing across the workplace.

We operate a company where all employees are recognised and rewarded on the basis of their performance, effort and achievements. We inspire our team to reach their full potential by developing team members who show a willingness to enhance their own skills and capabilities.

Our Pexhurst Apprenticeship Scheme recently received Fit Out Futures award recognition by FIS.
