Pexhurst were instructed to carry out the refurbishment to this attractive Grade II Listed occupied building, located on an exclusive, private, and gated road in Farringdon, London.

Works included the full refurbishment to the first floor, consisting of the strip out of partitions, new pipework installations, new kitchenette with breakfast bar and accompanying break-out areas, the installation of feature lighting and brand-new air-conditioning units to three floors.

Additional works included the refurbishment to Communal Wc’s, and the installation of new M&E, which was installed on the roof of the building.

With the site located in an occupied building, and down a street steeped in Medieval history with Beadles guarding the entrance, we had to closely manage tasks with the building management team and tenants to ensure the project caused as little disruption as possible.

This project was completed to a high standard, in keeping with the building's prestigious location.
