1. Pretend that you are going into the office.
 Set your alarm, make or go get coffee and get dressed (no PJ’s or onesie's haha )

2.Choose a dedicated work space.

Just because you're not working at an office doesn't mean you can't, have an office. Rather than cooping yourself up in your room or on the sofa dedicate a specific room or surface in your home to work.

3.Stay connected.

Working from home might help you focus on your work in the short term, but it can also make you feel cut off. Make sure to keep in touch with co-workers, Microsoft Teams is great for this!

4. Take clear breaks.

It's lunchtime! There's no need to queue up for a sandwich. Move away from your laptop, sit down and enjoy whatever you fancy.  Go for a walk, put your feet up and relax. It's your break so do what you like with it.

5.Don't Hesitate to Ask for What You Need.

Request the equipment you need as soon as you start working from home, or within a day or two when you realise you need something new. It's important you have the right equipment to get your job done comfortably.
