Pexhurst recently secured the University of Herts refurbishment and fit-out for the Estates Team at the College Lane Campus. The new environment will provide increased office space, better space utilization and flexible meeting room formats for the Estates Team.
The UOH Estates Team won an award in 2014 for “Outstanding Estates Team” at the sixth annual Times Higher Education Leadership and Management Awards. Run by the Times Higher Education, a global authority on higher education, the awards are a highlight of the academic calendar and a celebration of the best of the sector.
