Pexhurst has successfully completed the internal and external refurbishment of the common parts of 70-72 Jermyn Street, a Grade 1 listed office building located in one of London’s foremost commercial areas. The Project was completed in 28 weeks, to the value of £564,000. Overcoming logistical and structural issues, Pexhurst ensured the project flowed smoothly.
