Pexhurst Covid Update

At Pexhurst, we have found effective ways of dealing with the pandemic – implementing bespoke systems and cloud software to enable employees to work remotely and keep projects on track. We have worked very closely with clients to implement new safety measures and manage project work during the pandemic, ensuring site staff are as safe as possible. We have taken on a range of new instructions over recent weeks and remain well placed to take on more projects across all sectors, by maintaining this effective way of working.

Our sites have reopened and we are working with clients on the remaining to ensure they are safe for workers to return soon. Health and safety is always paramount and we’re following Government guidelines, exceeding them wherever possible and working hard to become ‘Covid Secure’ across every project. It’s not just the physical health of all workers that is important, but their mental health too.

Mental health of all workers is being monitored and programmes are in place to assist those who need help. Site workers receive regular training on new procedures; working closely with clients for a collaborative approach to avoid any misinterpretation.

We’re working closely with our supply chain and continue to pay everyone on time, mobilise new projects quickly and deliver to the same timeframes. We are encouraged by the increased pipeline of projects that are coming through since the pandemic began, and are clear that we must all work together to ensure we get through the pandemic and out the other side in a better place.
