At the end of 2025, we celebrated the fourth year of our Annual Staff Awards that run in conjunction with our bi-monthly ‘Above and Beyond’ award. These awards highlight the dedication, hard work, and commitment of our incredible team.

Employee of the Year 2025 (voted by all the Pexhurst Team) –
Charlie Hazeltine, Contracts Manager
Charlie has consistently delivered complex projects and demonstrated strong dedication by managing his time effectively and putting in extra hours when needed. He has taken on large responsibilities with professionalism, commitment, and a strong work ethic. He is always willing to help, remains available when needed, and proactively seeks solutions when faced with challenges, making him a reliable and hardworking team member.
Rising Star 2025 (voted by all the Pexhurst Team) –
Matt Springett, Assistant Site Manager
Matt is a hardworking, focused, and driven team member. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile have earned him praise from clients and colleagues alike. Balancing site responsibilities with his studies, he approaches every task with energy and professionalism. His confidence has grown significantly over the past year, and his enthusiasm for initiatives surrounding sustainability make him a true asset to Pexhurst.
Special Recognition Award 2025 (voted by Pexhurst’s Board of Directors) –
Rosy Vella, Management Accountant/ Business Manager
Rosy has become an integral part of the business, taking on responsibilities across HR, office management, finance, and general operations. Alongside her professional commitments, she has impressively studied for and passed her ACCA exams—achieving global prize recognition and becoming a fully-qualified Chartered Accountant. Her drive to strengthen business processes, and support her team, has had a profound impact on the company and deserves recognition.
