Career Background: Jake began his journey on the Pexhurst Apprenticeship Scheme as a Trainee Site Manager and successfully completed his Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor (Built Environment) qualification. He has since stepped into the role of Site Manager and is now halfway through his Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager qualification while gaining hands-on experience on-site. In his spare time, Jake enjoys socialising with friends, playing football and the guitar.
