Pexhurst recently started a 25-week project in Crawley, which involves a major CAT A refurbishment of an office building. An incoming tenant is waiting to take occupation, so timings are crucial.
Part of the project involved the creation of a new large glass feature atrium in the centre of the building. Other works include a new reception, toilets, M&E and external works. More to follow on this one!
