Marking another milestone in our sustainability journey, we’re excited to publish our 2025-26 Sustainability Report.
The past year has been about much more than simply meeting, and exceeding, our projected carbon reduction targets. There’s a whole host of initiatives taking place across the business, spanning circularity, supply chain engagement and local community impact, which is what this report aims to highlight.
Our Sustainability Manager, Luca Sidoli, said: “Having gained validation for our ambitious net zero target from the SBTi in February 2025, we’ve been working incredibly hard to formalise our roadmap and annual reporting, which we’ve now been able to outline in our Carbon Reduction Plan. This is a huge step forward in our journey and one that has allowed us to formally disclose our Scope 3 emissions.
“We are aware that a major hotspot for our Scope 3 emissions is purchased goods and services which is why we have already started engaging with our supply chain and opening conversations with our top subcontractors. As we move forwards, a lot of work will go into supporting and encouraging them to report and reduce their own emissions as we continue to trial, implement and embed existing initiatives.”
The circular economy has been a buzz word across the built environment in recent times, and this report outlines how our focus on driving circularity has created more sustainable outcomes for our waste streams. Through partnerships with The Pallet Loop, Recofloor and Community Wood Recycling we have been able to have immediate impact.
In addition to social impact initiatives that span jobs and skills, education, protecting the environment and supporting our communities, 2025-26 was the first full year of the Pexhurst Charitable Trust. Through company contributions, voluntary employee donations, and fundraising events, we raised an impressive £50,000 in our inaugural year, enabling us to award grants to five organisations since the Trust’s establishment.
Beyond all, we are maintaining our commitment to quality, transparency and industry betterment, and this report shows that we continue to do what we say we are going to do – and we’re able to prove it.
