Career Background: Ashley joined Pexhurst in 2020 as an Assistant Site Manager, following experience as a Ventilation Engineer Supervisor. Since then, he has steadily progressed through the company to Senior Contracts Manager and his last promotion was to Associate Director in 2025. Along the way, he completed a Level 7 NVQ in Construction Senior Management as part of Pexhurst’s bespoke training plan. Outside work, Ashley enjoys playing golf, riding dirt bikes, and exploring new destinations.
