Career Background: Alby started his journey on the Pexhurst Apprenticeship scheme as a Trainee Site Manager, currently working towards a Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor (Built Environment). Alby’s day to day duties typically involve liaising with different trades ensuring adequate materials are available when required, tracking the programme, and ensuring all corresponding Health and Safety paperwork is in place and adhered to. Alby was soon promoted to Assistant Site Manager. Alby’s hobbies include watching football, socialising with friends, and travelling.
