Office refurbishment and fit-out of a prestigious Grade 2 Listed building- Completed in 2005

The refurbishment and fit -out of this prestigious Grade 2 listed office building, was completed in 15 weeks ready for occupation by Adams and Co. (Part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group)
This project required meticulous planning to ensure minimal disruption to the building users. Working closely with the listing officer to ensure compliance, the Pexhurst Team was able to construct the entire joinery package in-house to listing specifications.
The aim was to upgrade all common parts throughout the building, including the reception area, lift, lobbies and toilets.
Works also included specialist security system and the removal and instillation of the bank safes. Access was limited because the common areas were in constant use, so the mechanical plant had to be flat-packed and transported to the roof of the building, where it was carefully assembled.
