It’s been another solid performance from Pexhurst this year, securing an order book of over £20 million across a wide variety of projects, from commercial offices, education and healthcare facilities through to industrial premises. At the heart of our success is repeat business for long-standing clients, ensuring continuity through fruitful partnerships, whether it be in design and build projects, refurbishment and fit-out, restoration or space planning.

One example is leading warehousing and light industrial property developer SEGRO, and we feature another two successfully completed projects in this e-shot. SEGRO owns or manages 5.7 million square metres of space in £6 billion of assets. Our long-standing association with SEGRO stretches back in excess of 10 years, during which time we have completed or worked on hundreds of projects of all shapes and sizes, worth tens of thousands of pounds up to millions.
