This 27-week project involved the refurbishment of a large distribution centre, circa 37,000 square foot.
The site also offered extensive external hard standings to accommodate both staff and fleet vehicles. New e-fleet extensive duct networks were installed ahead of casting the new concrete slabs to provide suitable data and power management networks. This will provide effective and expedient vehicle loading information and local charging points for the new electric vehicles.
Throughout the project we worked very closely with various stakeholders such as the local school and network rail to minimise interruption and deliver a successful project.
