Career Background: Aaron began his career as an Assistant Engineer and joined Pexhurst’s bespoke training scheme in 2023 as an Assistant Trainee Site Manager. He has since been promoted to Site Manager and holds a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship as well as the NOCN Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management (Building and Civil Engineering). In his spare time, he enjoys music events, and racing go karts.
