Refurbishment of three industrial units, including external & internal strip out works.

Pexhurst were employed to undertake this £1M CAT A refurbishment of 3 industrial units in St Albans in just 16 weeks.

This incorporated the complete transformation of both the internal and external elements, including spraying all external cladding, windows and doors throughout the buildings, including a further two tenanted units .

This resulted in the transformation of a tired looking estate into a contemporary offer, with replacement decorative finishes to a high standard throughout, including new loading bay shutters, replacement roof lights, and replacement lighting to the office and warehouse areas.

New services were installed in each unit including the newly refurbished toilets which were finished to a standard normally associated with a high end London office environment.
