Pexhurst was appointed to refurbish 6 industrial units across two terraces at Solent Gate in Fareham near Portsmouth, totalling 55,000 sq ft.
External works comprised of applying new coatings to the roof and numerous patch repairs, this also included new coatings to the warehouse gutters. Pexhurst replaced a large amount of cladding and redecorated the external elevations, including repairs to the roller shutter doors.
Internally we undertook a full refurbishment of the offices, including the installation of a new comfort cooling system. Lighting and small power works were also installed. All new tiles were laid in the toilet and kitchen areas, along with new carpets throughout the office areas. The warehouse's were resprayed inside including new cladding panels, and a new resin floor applied across some of the units.
This project was completed on time and to a high standard, with new potential tenants showing interest.
