We are delighted to have completed this project for TFT’s Guildford Office at the Friary Centre.
This project comprised of the refurbishment of the public facilities which included fully upgrading all new ceiling, flooring and wall finishes. M&E installation inclusive of new sanitaryware, ventilation, lighting and a sprinkler system was also added.
Additionally, we installed a Changing Places fully accessible toilet. This being the first one to be installed in Guildford!
Changing Places facilities are designed to be completely accessible whilst being able to provide sufficient space and equipment for people who are not able to use the toilet independently.
