This existing 1960s property based in Ventura Park, Radlett was in a tired state, and this competitively tendered project allowed Pexhurst to rejuvenate the property.  Furthermore it provided the client the opportunity to market the property on a level playing field with other modern properties in the vicinity.

Pexhurst was contracted to refurbish Units 2 and 3, which equated to 74,000 square feet and incorporated the re-roofing, recladding to external façade, replacement of roller shutter doors, dock levellers, windows, lighting, entrance doors and an internal office fit out to Unit 2.

The resulted in an overall improved appearance of the units for existing and potential tenants,
as well as ensuring continued maintenance of the property and
value retention.
