The fit-out and refurbishment of the University of Hertfordshire's Law Block presented several challenges which the Pexhurst team was able to overcome, delivering a project on-time and on-budget.

As part of a large Design and Build project existing lecture theatres were demolished and converted to provide new office and faculty facilities. These included common spaces and break-out areas for staff and students to meet and engage within, providing a relaxed
and informal environment.
