Segro plc is a major provider of industrial, warehouse and office accommodation across the UK and as a part of a general upgrade of facilities to one of its Park Royal sites, Pexhurst was contracted to refurbish the exterior of a number of industrial units. Works were completed whilst units remained occupied, so managing expectations was important.

The work was carried out in three phases, with between 4 and 6 units in each phase. It included the re-spraying of the external facade of each unit and the upgrade and refurbishment of shutter doors, windows and entrance doors. Internal office fit-out works were also carried out.

This resulted in the overall improved appearance of the units for existing and potential
tenants, as well as ensuring the continued maintenance of the property
and value retention.
