Pexhurst Congratulated on a Job Well Done

Pexhurst has been congratulated on their excellent refurbishment of the Bartlett Faculty at the Royal Ear Hospital, London.

The ground, second and third floors of the faculty building, which is part of the University College London Hospitals group, was refurbished. This created a practical work surface for architects and teachers at the University College London.

New lighting, toilets and fire alarms were installed and a latex form put on the floor to create a smooth finish.

Stuart Byles, Senior Contracts Manager, at Pexhurst said:

“This particular project had a tight deadline due to the nature of university terms which meant we had to find new and innovative ways to make sure it was completed successfully. We are very happy with the end result and believe the students and teachers will be extremely happy here.”

UCL’s Maintenance Surveyor said:

“Pexhurst was personally recommended to me as a fit-out contractor who is focussed on what the client wants. They have an excellent track record for being fantastic people to work with and that’s just what I wanted.

“We wanted a blank canvas for the students and teachers to make models, which is exactly what they’ve done. More space has been created which is just what we needed. We’re very happy with the outcome and would certainly use Pexhurst again.”
