We are delighted to have secured our first project with our new client Greystar for the £375k student accommodation refurbishment at its “Chapter Highbury” location.
In addition to student bedrooms, the project involved common areas and shared kitchen facilities. Greystar offer best in class student accommodation across several London sites so we are hoping this is the first of many projects.
