The NVQs are work-related, competency-based qualifications that reflect the skills and knowledge needed to do a specific job.
The College of Estate Management (CEM) provides a distance learning course for the CIOB Chartered Membership Programme (CMP). The CMP is a route to full chartered membership of the CIOB for individuals without degree-level qualifications.
