We’re turning 40

This June we are celebrating 40 years in business.

Established in 1977 by our late founder John Vella, Pexhust has grown from a small office fit-out specialist to managing and carrying out large scale refurbishments of commercial and industrial properties, complex projects in the healthcare and education industry, as well as the restoration of listed buildings.

Our first client back in 1977 was The Bulldog Public House in Bullsmoor Lane, Waltham Cross, where we carried out electrical works for a value of £11. From these humble beginnings, we have grown to a medium sized SME working with an established blue chip client base that includes some of the world’s largest investment funds. Most of our clients are situated in the South East of England and London.

We are experienced in carrying out project work across a range of sectors from education to healthcare. More than 50% of our staff have worked at Pexhurst since 1995 and this retention of expert craftsmen has meant that we have continued to grow as a reliable company that client’s trust.
