The redevelopment of the ground floor of this Hertfordshire Partnership NHS property was formulated to create a new space that included offices, clinics, and other facilities.

Pexhurst was tasked with ensuring minimal disruption to the rest of the property and the swift refurbishment and development of this space, as well as an upgrade of the existing building services.

The removal of the existing offices and other facilities required detailed planning and management to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum. The construction of a new open plan office space, alongside specialist clinics and disabled access facilities, meant that Pexhurst needed to closely mange the process to maintain the safety of patients and staff to produce a high level
finish that would stand the test of time in this high traffic environment.
