In another contract with long-term partner SEGRO, Pexhurst has fully refurbished 602 and 604 Central Way.

The two modern detached warehouse or production units are located within a secure, 24/7 use site, separated by a courtyard. Each consists of a two-storey office and warehouse.

In the £880,000 18-week contract, Pexhurst has carried out extensive roof work renovations, applied a new resin floor to both units, refurbished the offices and toilet areas and installed new lighting, a new VRF heating and cooling system and other m&e services.

Pexhurst has ripped out the 15-year-old ventilation system and installed a new fresh air ventilation and toilet extract system. The LED lighting and presence detection system will ensure low energy costs for the client, complementing the new office decoration, finishes, floor boxes and toilet areas to bring the facilities up to modern standards.Externally, the glazing and curtain walling have been professionally cleaned and cladding repairs made where necessary. New roller shutters complete the impressive upgrade.

Pexhurst has more than met the challenges of the tight programme and brought the tired warehouse up to scratch for the new tenants.
