Over the past 15 years, we have built a successful relationship with the University of Hertfordshire, delivering over 100 projects along the way.
We are proud to have been involved in the 2020 Estates Vision – an ambitious development programme and the most radical intervention on the campus since it opened nearly 60 years ago.
Pexhurst is one of the university’s framework contractors and has a long track record of successful project delivery. The framework agreement has seen us develop an excellent working relationship that benefits all parties; projects can be developed more efficiently and allows for innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Bolstered by our broad range of expertise and a collaborative and flexible approach to working, the relationship has seen us deliver facilities varying in size and type from the internal refurbishment of Titan Court through to the construction of a landmark science building on the University’s College Lane campus.
