Martin Vella - Managing Director

Martin Vella is Managing Director and joined Pexhurst in 1990, when the business was turning over less than £1m. Martin relies carefully on colleagues to assist in managing the day-to-day aspects of the company, whilst remaining in overall control of projects along with his fellow Directors. Martin endeavours to visit sites on a regular basis and will always be as involved as the project dictates. Martin holds an MCIOB.

Albert Vella - Director - Contracts

Joining Pexhurst in 1997, Albert is Contracts Director and is actively involved in the day to day running of the business with overall responsibility for several core clients as well as undertaking an active role in the general aspects of contract management at Pexhurst. Nick Tagliarini - Director - Business Development

Joining Pexhurst in 2001, Nick is Director - Business Development, overseeing the Business Development function at Pexhurst, including budgeting and encompassing key account management of new and existing customers, whilst also being actively involved in Pexhurst’s strategic future planning. David Walker - Associate Director (Estimating and Surveying)

Joining Pexhurst in 2000, Dave has progressed from the role of Contracts Manager to his current position of Associate Director (Estimating and Surveying), responsible for a large majority of the company’s tender enquiries. A quantity surveying background combined with construction knowledge provides Dave with an excellent insight into how projects are built at tender stage.

Alan Bridge - Senior Contracts Manager

Alan joined Pexhurst in 1996 as a Carpenter, progressing through the company from Site Operative to Site Manager and into his current role as Senior Contracts Manager. Responsible for multiple sites within London and the South East with project values up to £2.5million, Alan now manages some of Pexhurst’s key clients such as Segro plc, King Struge LLP and Malcolm Hollis LLP.

Michael Munroe - Senior Purchasing Manager

Joining Pexhurst in 2007 as Purchasing Manager, Michael is responsible for obtaining quotations, purchasing and ordering as well as agreeing delivery times required for all the companies' projects. Coupled with this Michael liaises closely with the Estimators at tender stage to ensure that an accurate project cost is provided. Outside of work Michael's expert field is milking cows, he also enjoys breakdancing with family and friends at weekends.
