Luisa Tagliarini, daughter of Pexhurst director Nick Tagliarini, was given the opportunity to decorate and finish a special cake made by a local cakemaker in Brookman’s Park to celebrate Pexhurst’s 40th anniversary.
Luisa took health and safety very seriously, donning a hard hat for the decorating task. As you can see, she did a sterling job in making the cake look amazing and we can confirm it tasted good too!
